What forwarding is, and the sentence that changes everything
The operator defines this service as one where you independently purchase goods from third-party platforms, merchants or other channels, arrange for the sender to ship them to the LoongBuy warehouse, and then receive warehouse receiving, basic inspection, photo confirmation, storage, packing and international shipping assistance. The purchasing agent route
- What the warehouse does take onReceiving, a basic check, photographs on arrival, storage, packing and help getting the parcel out of the country. That is a real service and it is the whole of it.
- So the other party is whoever sold it to youLegality, authenticity, quality, version, functionality, after-sales and transaction disputes are handled by you directly with the sender, seller or original trading platform. There is no second opinion sitting between you and them.
The forwarding route
- What it explicitly does not becomeThe forwarding service is different from the purchasing agent service: in it, LoongBuy does not participate in the transaction itself and is not the seller, brand owner, or manufacturer of the goods.
- And the evidence is the photographsFor special goods, professional goods, electronics, 3C products, sealed packages, blind boxes, collectibles and fragile goods, no professional testing is provided and the condition of the goods is subject to the inspection photos provided.
When this is the right route and when it is the wrong one
Nothing here recommends one route over the other. The two agreements do different jobs, and the only mistake is choosing on price when the difference is liability.

You own it already
The thing exists, it is in China, and what you need is a warehouse and a way out. There is no purchase for an agent to make, and the forwarding agreement describes exactly this.
- OFF-PLATFORM
You bought somewhere the agent does not reach
A channel outside the marketplaces the search field accepts. Forwarding is the route that does not care where the thing came from, provided it can be received and stored.

You wanted the order-information match
The basic check confirms arrival, obvious appearance issues and whether the goods can be stored normally. It does not compare anything against a listing, because there is no order on the platform to compare it to.
- NOT THIS EITHER
You wanted somebody else to argue with the seller
No after-sales service is provided for the transaction itself. A return may be assisted where reasonably practicable, with the domestic return shipping fee, handling fee, warehouse processing fee and related risks generally borne by you.
The charges this route can attract, including one that needs no asking
Four of these are ordinary. The fourth is the clause most likely to surprise somebody who has only used the agent route, because it is the one place the platform may take money without a separate confirmation.
Getting it to the warehouse
Domestic shipping from the sender to the LoongBuy warehouse, which is a transaction between you and whoever ships it, settled before the platform is involved at all.
Storage and handling once it is there
Storage fees, value-added service fees, packing fees and other handling fees under the platform rules, the same way they apply to anything else on the shelf.
And out again
International shipping after the parcel is submitted, plus anything arising from returns, reshipment, customs clearance or abnormal handling.
A freight-collect parcel is deducted, not invoiced
If a forwarded parcel is shipped freight collect, the operator has the right to deduct the relevant fee directly from your account balance without separate confirmation, so that receiving and storage are not held up. An insufficient balance causing failed receiving or delayed storage is borne by you.
What a warehouse may decline before it ever reaches a shelf
Arriving by this route does not exempt anything from the restriction rules. The same three classes apply, and they apply to goods nobody at the platform chose to buy.

The declaration is yours either way
Consequences arising from inconsistent product attributes, concealment, misdeclaration or submitting prohibited goods are borne by you, and you are expected to verify the sender, seller and domestic logistics information on your own.
