A-01 · the boundary

The after-sales boundary on forwarded goods

Forwarding looks like the same service with a different first step. The difference is sharpest when something is wrong with what arrived: on the agent route LoongBuy was the buyer, on the forwarded route the purchase was yours alone, and the terms treat the two situations differently. The Parcel Forwarding Service page, updated 17 April 2026, draws the boundary in plain terms.

  • NOT A PARTY

Not the seller, brand owner or manufacturer

The terms are direct: in the forwarding service LoongBuy "does not participate in the transaction itself and is not the seller, brand owner, or manufacturer of the goods". The transaction stays between you and whoever sold to you; the warehouse in the middle does not join it.

  • THE ROUTING

Disputes routed to the seller by name

On forwarded goods, "LoongBuy does not provide after-sales service for the goods transaction itself". The page routes the rest by name: returns, exchanges, quality disputes, functional problems, authenticity disputes, seller after-sales matters and third-party platform disputes go to the sender, the seller or the original trading platform. None stop at the warehouse.

  • RETURN HELP

Assistance with a return, at your cost

"Where reasonably practicable, LoongBuy may assist in returning the goods to the seller or sender in accordance with the platform rules." The verbs carry the weight: may, not will. The same paragraph prices it: "any domestic return shipping fee, handling fee, warehouse processing fee, and related risks shall generally be borne by you".

  • FIRST CALL

The sender first on shortages and wrong items

"If any shortage, missing item, wrong item, or version discrepancy is discovered after storage, you shall first contact the sender or seller directly for verification." Verification starts with the people who packed and sold the goods; the disclaimers place shortages and wrong shipments caused by them outside LoongBuy's account.

Where a complaint goes, by route

What went wrong matters less than who the buyer was when it did. Paste a link and LoongBuy bought the goods, so problems with the seller land on its desk first. Send the goods in yourself and the forwarding terms apply instead; the purchase, and the argument about it, stays yours. The table below maps the common failures to the counterparty on each route, drawn from the official pages. Seen 11 October 2026.

What went wrongAgent route, LoongBuy bought itForwarded route, you bought it
Wrong item, shortage or version discrepancyRaised with LoongBuy as the buyer of record; it placed the order, so the seller answers to it firstTo the sender or seller first, for verification; the warehouse logged your entry, it never counted the units inside
A quality or functional problemTaken up through LoongBuy support, with the standard photographs as the shared record of how the goods arrivedNamed in the terms as a matter for the seller or the original trading platform; LoongBuy is not a party to the sale
An authenticity doubtThrough LoongBuy, but with no warehouse verdict to lean on; the standard check does not touch authenticity or brand verificationTo the seller, as an authenticity dispute named in the forwarding terms; LoongBuy is neither the seller nor the brand owner
A figure different from the amount you paidAn additional-payment notice by email and internal site message; the order "cannot proceed to purchasing" until it is settledThe same mechanic holds the parcel before submission or shipment, and a freight-collect fee can be deducted "without separate confirmation"

Support channels and the payment rule

Complaints need an address. The support desk behind both routes keeps stated hours, not a promise of always-on help, and the registered company sits in Hong Kong under its own name. The channels below are the official ones, and the anti-fraud notice of 27 April 2026 draws a hard line around which of them may ever ask for money.

THE COMPANY

The registered operator and its hours

The Contact Us page names LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED, Registration No. 76689549, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Support runs 9:00 to 18:30, Monday to Saturday, Beijing time; the window is stated on the operator's clock, not yours, and Sunday sits outside it. Seen 11 October 2026.

CHANNELS

The channels and their jobs

Email reaches [email protected] and leaves a record, which is what a dispute wants. The community server sits at discord.com/invite/eZTK8jykwm. Online customer service inside the account handles the operational side; the forwarding page itself sends you there for the warehouse address. Match the channel to the job and keep anything contested in writing.

ANTI-FRAUD

And one thing support will never ask for

Card numbers in full, security codes and verification codes are outside what any of these channels will request, by the operator’s own anti-fraud notice of 27 April 2026. A message asking for one is not a support message.

Prepare a clear after-sales request

Keep the order number, chosen variant, saved listing, warehouse photos and a concise description of the mismatch together. State the outcome you want: clarification, an extra photo, a return enquiry or a parcel investigation. Use the support entry inside your official account; this guide cannot access orders.
