Twelve questions about the two routes and the money that moves between them. Where an answer quotes a rule it names the official page and the revision date that page carries, so the answer can be checked rather than believed.
What happens when I paste a product link
LoongBuy places the order with that seller on your behalf. It is the purchasing agent route, and on arrival the standard check compares the goods against the order information: a prohibited and restricted goods screen, a basic order-information match, a main visible exterior check, standard photographs and repacking. Does the link carry my size and colour
Only when the listing sells exactly one of each. Where a page offers several versions, the URL does not settle which, and anything you do not write into the order is not part of what anyone compares later. Always check the actual listing rather than inferring its options from the category.
What does a store link do differently
It identifies a seller rather than an item. The operator own search field accepts "Product link or name / Store link", so all three are valid inputs, but a store link leaves both the item and the option open. Treat it as the start of a conversation rather than an order.
Can the price change after I have paid
Yes. If the product price, domestic shipping fee, international shipping fee or related service fee turns out to differ from what you paid, the platform settles the difference by an additional payment request or a refund. The named causes are the seller’s actual quotation, logistics fee adjustments, specification differences and weight calculation. What happens if I do not pay the difference
The process stops. Before the additional payment is completed the order cannot proceed to purchasing and the parcel cannot continue to submission or shipment, and the official page warns the order may remain pending for an extended period. Notice goes to your registered email and your internal site messages only.
Should I turn on automatic deduction
It is a genuine trade. Enabled, with a limit you set, the difference is taken from LoongPay or Balance and the order carries on, with a notification afterwards. Left off, every difference needs you to read a message and act before anything moves. Neither is wrong, but one of them keeps running while you sleep.
What is forwarding, and how is it different
You buy the goods yourself from any channel, have the sender ship them to the LoongBuy warehouse, and the warehouse receives, checks basically, photographs, stores, packs and helps ship them out. The agreement states that in this service LoongBuy does not participate in the transaction itself and is not the seller, brand owner or manufacturer. Where do I get the warehouse address
Through online customer service or the forwarding order page. You then give it to the sender and submit the forwarding order information. If that information is late or wrong, the warehouse may be unable to identify, match or store the goods properly, and the consequences rest with you.
What has to go in a forwarding entry
The product name, quantity, tracking number, sender information, and anything else the page asks for. Forwarding several things means classifying and submitting them separately: each newly added goods entry is generally treated as one independent identification unit.
What does the check on a forwarded parcel actually cover
It is limited to basic checking and basic photo confirmation, mainly confirming whether the goods arrived, whether there are obvious appearance issues, and whether they can be stored normally. No detailed counting or categorisation is provided, and it does not constitute authentication, authenticity verification, functionality testing, performance testing or a full quality guarantee.
Something is missing from a forwarded parcel, who do I ask
The sender or seller, first. The agreement is explicit that shortages, wrong shipments or omitted items caused by reasons not attributable to LoongBuy are not compensated, and that returns, exchanges, quality disputes and authenticity disputes on forwarded goods go to the original trading platform.
Is ordering a quantity different from ordering one
In shape, yes. A wholesale page prices by the lot, so the headline unit figure is usually the lowest tier rather than yours, and the applicable figure arrives afterwards as the seller quotation. After-sales and claims. On a forwarded order this is a shorter section than it looks, because the transaction itself is not the operator's to resolve.
How to use the tools on this site
The search accepts a product, model, brand or category name. A blank query stays on the page so you can enter a useful term. The category directory is an alternative when you do not have a specific name.
The route picker has four starting points: a product link, a store link, a quantity order or goods already purchased. Selecting one changes the explanation and next-guide link. It stores no account information and cannot calculate fees, check stock or create a forwarding order.
Community feedback and official announcements
Use the official community entry to locate announcements and discuss experiences. When reading independent reports on Reddit or watching a haul video, look for the order date, destination, route, parcel weight and evidence of the actual problem or result.
One successful delivery does not establish a typical delivery time, and an affiliate review may have a commercial incentive. Compare dated accounts and check policy questions with the official help centre. No community rating or active discount has been verified for this local review.
Check official news and current offers before relying on a coupon or promotion. Read expiry, eligibility, route exclusions and whether it reduces freight or product cost.
