About LoongBuy Spreadsheet Links and its sources
This is an independent product-link guide with no access to any LoongBuy account, order or warehouse. It cannot place an order, cancel one, release a parcel or look up anything on anybody’s behalf. The operator of record is LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED, number 76689549, a company registered in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Official LoongBuy Contact Us page, captured 10 October 2026.
The single line of income
The registration link includes an invitation code. This guide may earn a commission when a reader registers through it and makes eligible purchases. Ordinary category and help links carry referral parameters; they are not all registration links.
What goes on a page here
Every clause names the operator page it came from and the revision date that page carries. No figure appears unless it can be opened and read in the operator’s own words. Where the source material states no period, this site writes that no period is published rather than inventing one.
And what this site will not print
No rankings, no best-of lists, no claim that anything is cheapest, and no competitor comparison built from anything other than published pages. Those are the four things most easily written and least easily checked.
How to choose an agent: four documents to check
Before choosing an agent, read the service definition, inspection scope, cost rules and company information. Each check below is a document to look for rather than a promise to weigh, and the absence of one is itself the finding.
- DEFINITION
It says what it is not a party to
Look for a service definition that states the limits of the arrangement rather than its benefits. LoongBuy forwarding agreement says it does not participate in the transaction itself and is not the seller, brand owner or manufacturer. An operator that never says what it is not will decide that later, when it matters.
- EXCLUSIONS
It says what its inspection refuses to judge
Not what the check covers, which everybody publishes, but the list of things it declines to rate. Authenticity, material, internal structure and function appear on that list here. This is the document most often missing, because publishing refusals reads like an admission.
- PRICE MOVES
It says what happens when a price changes after payment
Prices move everywhere. The question is whether the operator has written down what it then does, and whether the process stops while it waits. If no page covers it, the first time you learn the answer will be on your own order.
- IDENTITY
It names the company behind it
A registered name, a registration number and an address, published rather than inferred. It costs an operator nothing to print and it is the one fact that stays true when every policy page has been rewritten.
On the rest of the field, and on this page
Only one operator is covered on this site, and no league table is implied by that. Nothing here has been verified about anybody else, so nobody else is named, priced or rated. What follows is the one comparison method that survives that limitation, plus a warning aimed at this page.
The four checks travel
A service definition, a list of exclusions, a published rule for a price that moves, and a named company. Those four run on other shopping agents exactly as they run here, on published pages, without an account. Compare what is written down, not what is promised.
A single-operator guide drifts
A guide written about one operator will quietly flatter it, and commission is not the main reason. Familiarity does it: the author stops testing claims that held up once before. Read any single-operator guide as a dated record of clauses, not as a verdict.
Three things to distrust anywhere
Three signals, anywhere. A clause with no date on it, because pages get rewritten and the quotation may already be dead. A number with no openable page behind it, because that is somebody typing. And a page that is all advantages, because the refusals are the half that tells you how it ends badly. Run all three over this site first.
What changed on this guide, and when
The local guide was reviewed on 14 October 2026. Product discovery, first-order instructions and support now have clearer entry points. The ten existing page routes remain, with a new HTML site map.
- 14 October 2026
- Layout, navigation, route-picker states and search parameters checked locally. No real account, order or payment was used.
- 10–11 October 2026
- Source archive for the detailed official policy references retained below. Current homepage access was blocked during the latest review, so those clauses have not been presented as freshly reverified.
- 26 May 2026
- Archived official shopping tutorial supplies the older product-options, warehouse and parcel screenshots. Sample amounts in those pictures are illustrative.
Other shopping agents: compare the same order
Shopping agents can differ in the marketplaces they can purchase from, order handling, inspection options, warehouse terms and the parcel routes available to your country. A freight estimate from one provider may exclude services included by another. Compare the same item, destination, packed dimensions and optional services before comparing totals.
Read how each provider handles an unavailable item, a seller refund, lost or damaged parcels and an unresolved dispute. Look for an identifiable operator and a support route you can actually use. The best fit for a small clothing order may differ from the fit for fragile goods or a wholesale lot. This guide does not rank providers or treat an old fee table as a current quote.
